1. Digital Goods & Services
Due to immediate consumption of compute and AI API resources, all sales are final unless an exception below applies.
2. Exceptions
- Task failure: Paid but our system failed to deliver due to our error — full refund after verification.
- Duplicate charge: Refund of the duplicate amount.
- Disputes: Contact support@fixepub.com within 7 days.
3. No Refund Scenarios
- Change of mind after successful delivery.
- Minor formatting issues from source files that AI cannot fix.
